HOSA

(Health Occupation Students of America)

Overview

Evergreen HOSA is a career technical student organization run by EMS volunteers for future health professionals committed to leadership, service, and advancing health care knowledge. As part of the HOSA–Future Health Professionals organization, our club provides members with opportunities to explore medical careers, compete in health science events, develop crucial skills like teamwork, public speaking, and critical thinking, and learn about medical opportunities within their community. Throughout the year, students will spend time preparing for their events with mentorship from Eastlake High School HOSA members, dive into the field with insider knowledge from real medical professionals and learn about local medicine-based educational opportunities to promote networking and growth. Whether you're planning to become a doctor, nurse, EMT, public health expert, or just want to learn more about the health field, Evergreen HOSA is the place to grow, lead, and make an impact.
