💻✨ Tech Fest 2026: A Fantastic First for EMS 🎉🚀

On June 6, 2026, Evergreen Middle School proudly hosted its very first Tech Fest, held at Redmond High School—and what an exciting milestone it was for our community! This inaugural event brought together enthusiastic students from EMS as well as participants from other LWSD middle schools, creating a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere centered on technology, creativity, and problem-solving. Energy filled the space as students dove into coding challenges, tackled tech trivia, and showcased their ideas with curiosity and confidence.

As a first-time event, Tech Fest exceeded expectations in both participation and spirit. Students experienced hands-on opportunities to explore technology in new ways, work alongside peers, and challenge themselves in a supportive, engaging environment. Seeing learners from EMS connect with fellow middle school students beyond our campus made the day even more special, highlighting the power of community-wide learning.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who helped bring this event to life—from organizers and volunteers to the students who jumped in with creativity and enthusiasm. A special thank you goes out to all the dedicated volunteers and organizers whose time, energy, and passion made this event possible. This first Tech Fest marks the beginning of what we hope will become a beloved tradition, and we are already looking forward to growing it even bigger next year!
