Thank you for being part of our EMS enrichment clubs this year! We loved seeing students explore new interests, build friendships, learn new skills, and have fun through our club programs.

As we begin planning for next year, we would love to hear about your family’s experience. Your feedback helps us celebrate what worked well while also identifying ways we can continue improving and growing our enrichment opportunities for students.

Families are invited to complete our Enrichment Club Feedback Form to share thoughts about the clubs they participated in this year. If your family joined more than one club, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback for each club within the same submission. The survey should take only a few minutes to complete.
