Special General Membership Meeting Sunday, June 1st

Please join us for a Special General Membership Meeting on Sunday, June 1st at 7pm. The purpose of the meeting is to approve the contract for theater production with Studio East for the 2025-2026 school year and approve the funds for the deposit. Studio East helps to run and produce our student theater program each year, by providing the directors, costumes, props, music and licensing. The meeting will be held online via Teams.
Due to changes in Studio East's policies, they will no longer hold a date for us without a signed contract. Unfortunately, PTA practices restrict our current board from entering into financial contracts for an upcoming school year, without approval from PTSA members.
Please help us to ensure that this program is an option for students next year by joining us for a brief meeting to vote to approve the Studio East contract for the 2025-2026 school year.
